| If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the first set of Concepts, you can request to have all work stopped and your money refunded (less a $50 service administration fee) before requesting your first round of Revisions or Redraw. |
|
|
|
The Refund Policy will not take effect if any of the following conditions apply:
1- If you purchase the Standard Package or Extended Package
2- If you have requested Revisions or Redraw to the first set of Concepts.
3- If we do not hear back from you for more than 10 days.
4- If the project was closed for reasons unrelated to our design.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of your request. |
